I charge a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. If you are a no call no show of your appointment time, the charge is 100%. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to reschedule you if I cannot complete service within time given. All appointments require a card on file and a deposit for the appointment. The deposit is nonrefundable, but will be transferred to a future appointment as long as the previous appointment was cancelled with more than 48 hours notice.
