Mane Girl Hair Lounge

I charge a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 36 hours of your appointment. If you are a no call no show of your appointment time, the charge is 100%. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to reschedule you if I cannot complete service within time given. All appointments require a card on file and a deposit for the appointment. The deposit is nonrefundable, and only transferable to the same service that has been rescheduled within 6 weeks of first appointment. NO REFUNDS will be issued on hair extensions, whether purchased through the stylist, third-party suppliers, or the salon website. This includes but is not limited to: - Hair extension purchases - Installation services - Maintenance or adjustment appointments All sales are final once the hair has been purchased and/or installed. By confirming, I hereby give my consent to receive hair/beauty services at Mane Girl Hair Lounge. I acknowledge that the nature of salon services may involve the use of chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects, and that accidents can happen despite all reasonable safety measures taken by the salon. By confirming, I release Mane Girl Hair Lounge, its agents, employees, and officers, from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from any injury, illness, or other harm that I may sustain while receiving salon services or being present at the salon. I understand that I am solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of any salon service, product, or tool, and that I hereby assume all risks associated with receiving such services/products/tools. By conforming, I acknowledge that I have read this consent form and agree to all terms and conditions.
